Gabrielle join the athletic department during the 2023-24 season. She previously worked on-campus at USF's Counseling Center as the Athletics’ Outreach Liaison in previous years before transitioning to the Athletics’ department in October as an Athletic Counselor in the Sports Psychology Department.

Over the past 11 years she has served in various roles including therapist, case management, and managing supervisor overseeing a behavioral health crisis stabilization unit at a local hospital. In each of those roles she was dedicated to serving diverse groups in substance use, chronic mental health, child welfare, and counseling center fields. She emphasizes the importance of a multicultural framework in addition to strengths-based work in every interaction.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in social welfare from the University of North Florida. Earned a Master of Social Work degree here at USF. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her wife and son, compete in local beach volleyball tournaments in the area, and is a coffee lover.
