Jon McNemar

Jon McNemar joins the USF Strength and Conditioning department after spending the last three years as a Senior Sports Performance Coach at Duke University. There he primarily worked with Women's Field Hockey, Men's Tennis, and Track & Field. At USF he will work with women's lacrosse and the spirit squads. 

Prior to Duke, McNemar was an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Jacksonville University where he worked with Men’s Lacrosse, and Men’s/Women’s Soccer. He also completed an internship with the Florida State University Football Strength and Conditioning program in 2018 after completing his Graduate Assistant position at Jacksonville University. 

McNemar, a native of Charlton Heights, WV, received his Bachelor of Exercise Science from Fairmont State University in 2013 and his Master of Science specializing in Kinesiology from Jacksonville University in 2018. Jon and his wife Katelyn, have two boys Liam and Milo.  

He is certified by the CSCCa (SCCC), Sportsmetrics-Level 1 (CSMS), First Aid/CPR certified and currently pursuing other avenues to better serve the student-athletes.
