USF Athletics

Joshua Di Leo serves as assistant director of live events for the University of South Florida Athletics, a role he began in August 2025. Di Leo works closely with multiple sports to plan and execute promotional and theme nights, oversees the setup of Bulls Bay at football games and serves as a game-day producer for various athletic events.

Di Leo previously worked as a marketing intern with USF Athletics from 2022 to 2023, where he gained hands-on experience supporting marketing initiatives and game-day operations. He has also contributed to several major events, including the 2025 American Athletic Conference Women’s Volleyball Tournament, the 2025 Women’s Final Four and the 2026 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament First and Second Rounds.

Di Leo earned a degree in sport management from the University of Tampa.

A Tampa native, Di Leo was born and raised in Tampa, Florida.
