Justin Savoie was named Vice President, Marketing for University of South Florida Athletics and a member of CEO of Athletics Rob Higgins’ senior leadership team in December 2025. He brings more than a decade of professional sports and nonprofit marketing leadership experience to the Bulls.

In his role, Savoie oversees all marketing, brand strategy, fan engagement, live events, and communications efforts for USF Athletics, with a focus on driving revenue growth, enhancing the game day experience, and strengthening the department’s connection to the Tampa Bay community. He leads integrated initiatives across ticket sales, sponsorships, digital platforms, promotions, game presentation, and storytelling to elevate the South Florida Bulls brand.

Prior to joining USF Athletics, Savoie served as Sr. Director of Marketing & Communications at The Florida Aquarium, leading brand positioning, advertising, public relations, and digital engagement strategies for one of the region’s premier nonprofit institutions.

Before his time at The Florida Aquarium, Savoie spent 12 years with the Tampa Bay Lightning.  During his time with the Lightning, he helped develop award-winning marketing campaigns, enhance fan experiences, and support organizational growth during one of the most successful periods in franchise history, highlighted by two Stanley Cup championships.

A New England native, Savoie earned his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Nichols College. He and his wife, Shannon, have one son, Caden.
