Krystian Garner joined the South Florida football staff in January of 2026 as director of on-campus recruiting on Brian Hartline’s first Bulls staff.

She came to USF after working in the NFL for a year as a player relations associate – player services.

She served on Tennessee’s recruiting staff for four seasons (2021-24). As the on-campus recruiting coordinator at UT, she was responsible for numerous day-to-day tasks in the department.  

Garner came to Tennessee after a year at Austin Peay where she was the coordinator of internal operations for the athletic department. She assisted in many internal affairs initiatives, including game operations, hospitality events, student-athlete welcoming events and staff town hall meetings.

Garner spent the 2019 season as a recruiting and operations assistant at Troy. She directed and organized game day recruiting efforts, provided on-campus tours, coordinated and helped plan schedules, and she was involved in the organization and planning of team travel.

A native of Auburn, Ala., Garner earned her undergraduate degree in communications from Auburn in 2019.
