Kyle Steinhoff

Kyle Steinhoff was named director of scouting and evaluation on Brian Hartline’s first South Florida staff in December of 2025.

He came to USF after three seasons serving as the director of scouting at Coastal Carolina. Coastal was fourth stop in collegiate football.

He previously worked as a recruiting analyst for Northwestern (Apr 2022-Jan 2023), a recruiting assistant at Colorado (Jan 2022-Apr 2022) and as a recruiting intern at Florida (2020-22).

He began his work in collegiate athletics at Florida where he started as a ticket sales associate before working as a student manager with the volleyball program and then joining the football program.

Steinhoff’s career also includes working for Live Nation Entertainment as a ticketing representative, working in ticket sales for the Chicago Bandits and serving as a gameday operations intern for the Chicago Red Stars.

He graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in sports management in 2021.
