Madison joined the USF Compliance staff in September 2022 as the Assistant Director of Compliance. She serves as the primary compliance contact for Women’s Lacrosse, Softball, and Women’s Sailing, while also assisting as the secondary contact for Football. Previously, she has worked with Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Volleyball, Baseball, Men’s and Women’s Track, and Men’s and Women’s Tennis.
Before joining USF, Madison was the Athletic Operations Coordinator at Johnson University (NAIA) in Knoxville, TN, where she managed athletic travel and assisted with daily operations. Prior to transitioning into collegiate athletics, she was a high school and club lacrosse coach in Knoxville.
Madison earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism (2019) and a Master’s in Sport Management (2022) from the University of Tennessee. She began her collegiate playing career at the Community College of Baltimore County, Essex, where she served as a team captain, scored 109 goals in two seasons, and became the all-time goals leader for Women’s Lacrosse. She was also named Female Athlete of the Year (2016) and earned First Team Region XX honors. She then transferred to Butler University, where she was a captain of the inaugural Women’s Lacrosse team (2016-2017), scored the first goal in program history, and represented the team in the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).
Now residing in Tampa, Madison enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her animals.
