Shyam Parmar joined USF Athletics as a Student Assistant of Ticket Operations in Fall of 2018. He was offered a full-time position as a CRM Data Analyst in Fall 2021 at USF Athletics Ticket Office.

Parmar was critical to the success of the first CRM system and the establishment of statistical data analysis at USF Athletics.

Parmar graduated from University of South Florida with a bachelor’s in business Analytics and is now pursuing his Master’s in Data Analytics. Parmar is a big fan of Soccer, and his favorite player is Lionel Messi.
