TyGee Leach joined the South Florida football staff in January of 2026 as director of player personnel/high school relations on Brian Hartline’s first Bulls staff.

Leach comes to USF after serving two seasons as director of recruiting operations for Cincinnati (2024-25).

He previously worked an offensive quality control coach and assistant quarterbacks coach at Princeton.
 
Leach had a successful college football career from 2019-23 playing for Lehigh and Georgia State. At Lehigh, he was a three-time first-team All-Patriot League honoree, making 198 career tackles and 21 tackles for loss. At Georgia State in 2023, Leach started at safety and tallied 71 tackles with seven TFL and six pass breakups.

From Norristown, Pa., he earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial and product design from Lehigh University in 2023. Leach earned first-team All-State, All-Philadelphia and All-Southeastern PA while playing at Malvern Prep.
