USF Athletics

Gillian Guadagnino joined USF Advancement as the Associate Director of Development for Athletics in January of 2024. Gillian previously worked on campus with Varsity Spirit and has a background in sales, fundraising, and elevating student experiences. Gillian was a five-time goal achiever as well as Director of the Year.  Gillian has also been part of USF athletics for the past nine years as the Coed Cheerleading coach, where she led the Bulls to three consecutive national championships and multiple top-5 finishes.  She knows the Tampa Bay community well and bleeds Green & Gold.   

In her new role, Gillian will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with alumni and donors.  Gillian’s passion for USF and College athletics positions her to develop ties and support the goal of connecting with new alumni by bringing them back to USF.    

In her spare time, Gillian’s favorite activities include: reading, coaching, and enjoying time with her husband and 3 children, Ronnie, Alivia, and Michael.
