Grothe Live on ESPN at 2 p.m.

TAMPA, Fla. -- ESPN is in the middle of 25 straight hours of college football coverage leading up to the season opener for the worldwide leader in sports.

Thursday afternoon it will be time for the University of South Florida to enter that coverage.

Bulls starting QB Matt Grothe will be on ESPN live at 2 p.m. Thursday.  The sophomore will talk via telephone with studio host Rece Davis and a panel of college football experts.

Grothe and the Bulls have been labeled as a national sleeper by ESPN college football insider Joe Schad.  ESPN.com writer Mark Schlabach is also on the Bull bandwagon, after he praised corners Mike Jenkins and Trae Williams as the best in Florida and the BIG EAST.
