? Up Next: USF remains at home to face nationally ranked Louisville on Wednesday, Jan. 7, at 7 p.m. at the Sun Dome. The game is nationally televised on ESPN2.
? Sophomore guard Dominique Jones led the Bulls with 17 points, going 6-14 from the field including four of eight from behind the arc. Tonight marks the seventh game this season that Jones has led or tied the Bulls in scoring. Jones also grabbed five boards, while playing the entire 40 minutes.
? Jones' 17 points moved him into a tie for 34th on the all-time USF Scoring list with 753 points. He needs just 47 points to become just the 32nd USF player to score 800 career points.
? Senior forward Mobolaji Ajayi tallied a career high 15 points, going 7-10 from the field. His previous high was 12 which he has reached twice the last being last year against Notre Dame (3/8/08).
? Junior guard Chris Howard dished out eight assists, which was the most for any USF player this season. He fell three short of matching his career of 11 which he set against FAU on 11/7/07.
? USF had a positive Assist to Turnover ratio for the second consecutive game, as the Bulls had 16 Assists to 11 Turnovers.
? Freshmen Justin Leemow and Eladio Espinosa made their second consecutive start. The Bulls have used nine different lineups this year in 13 games.
? The crowd of 8,350 was larger than any home game at the Sun Dome last season. It is the second largest Sun Dome crowd since USF joined the BIG EAST. The only crowd larger was on March 1, 2006 vs. UConn with a crowd of 9,636.
