They Said It...
"George Selvie is an All-American. He's probably the best rush end in the country. The guy just comes and comes and comes and comes."
West Virginia head coach Bill Stewart
"When you see #95 across from you he draws instant attention."
ESPN Analyst Chris Fowler
"He's a one-man wrecking crew,"
West Virginia head coach Bill Stewart
"I was amazed. When you watch him on film he (Selvie) is just dominating. It is amazing . He is that kind of player that jumps out on tape. He is just that classic-type NFL style player, speed, outside edge rusher that makes the most of his athletic ability and completely disrupts an offense."
ESPN Analyst Rod Gilmore
"The South Florida defensive end is a joy to watch because of his relentless effort -- unless you happen to play for the opposing offense."
ESPN.com Blogger Brian Bennett
"There's some guys in the National Football League that don't want to line up against Selvie. He is that good. He's the quickest D-Lineman that I can remember off the ball, and not just on the pass. He's something."
Rutgers head coach Greg Schiano
"Selvie is a disruptive pass rusher who pitches camp in the opponents backfield. He's a fast, fluid athlete who can line up in a three-point stance or stand over tackles"
