What is the Varsity Club? The mission of the Varsity Club is to encourage past USF athletics members to be lifelong members of the USF Athletics family and to strengthen the bond between them, the University, and the department of intercollegiate athletics. The Bulls Varsity Club will strive to provide its members with the opportunity to foster and maintain relationships across different sports and generations thus promoting the interest and mission of the University of South Florida.

Photo Name: Spafford Taylor The first head coach of the USF men's tennis team, Spafford Taylor compiled a 92-62 record (.597) with the Bulls from his first season in 1965 to his last in 1974. His last season with the team also turned out to be his best, as the Bulls went 20-3 during that '74 campaign.
