What is the Varsity Club? The mission of the Varsity Club is to encourage past USF athletics members to be lifelong members of the USF Athletics family and to strengthen the bond between them, the University, and the department of intercollegiate athletics. The Bulls Varsity Club will strive to provide its members with the opportunity to foster and maintain relationships across different sports and generations thus promoting the interest and mission of the University of South Florida.

Photo Name: Volleyball 1979 The USF volleyball program stretches back to the early 1970s, as USF first started playing on the collegiate level in 1972. The 1979 season saw the Bulls go 19-23 overall against mostly other Florida schools. The game was also a little different back then, as teams had to win two sets for victory, as opposed to the normal three sets required nowadays.
