
Jawanza Poland Highlight Video

University of South Florida sophomore guard Jawanza Poland is known for his high-flying dunks after being listed on ESPN's Top Plays twice in the month of January, but his abilities extend to the free throw line, where he drained 20-straight from Jan. 9 to Jan. 27. Poland is shooting 81.3 percent at the stripe in BIG EAST games, netting 26 of 32 in league play.

Poland hit 18-straight free throws from Jan. 9-23, and has hit 30 of his last 34, dating back to the game vs. James Madison. Poland was 2-2 at West Virginia, 2-2 at Rutgers, 8-8 vs. Providence and 6-6 vs. Louisville for his 18-straight.
Poland's second-half jam against DePaul was selected by ESPN as the No. 9 Top Play on SportsCenter on Jan. 27 and his first-half baseline dunk against No. 25 Cincinnati was the No. 7 play on Jan. 13.
