TAMPA - The University of South Florida baseball is very excited to present the 2012 Diamond Dolls for this year's season.
The 2012 Diamonds Dolls consist of 42 female USF students who will help promote a closer relationship between the baseball program, students, faculty, alumni, and fans while helping create an exciting game day atmosphere for both players and fans alike.
The ladies will take on a number of responsibilities during USF baseball game days such as serving as hostesses to fans and alumni, assisting with marketing and promotions efforts and bat handling and ball chasing and by doing so presenting a positive image of USF baseball.
The Diamonds Dolls will join USF baseball in their effort to create a better Tampa Bay through community outreach and service projects as well, such as hospital visits and elementary school visits. This year, they have fundraised for Autism Speaks of Tampa, along with helping with the Epilepsy Services Foundation of Tampa 5K.
