TAMPA, OCT. 23, 2018 – One NFL week after Marquez Valdes-Scantling posted his first 100-yard receiving game, fellow USF teammate Marlon Mack reached his own personal pro milestones.

Mack Attack set new single-game career highs with 19 carries for 126 rushing yards and two touchdowns in the Indianapolis Colts' 37-5 home victory over the Buffalo Bills last Sunday. Mack also set a new career high with 159 total yards after racking up 96 yards in the first half of his second straight start.

"It feels great to get your first 100-yard game," Mack said in a Colts.com report. "Shout-out to the O-line and the tight ends; those guys who helped me get there. So, cheers to them."

Mack's trips to the end zone started in the second quarter, when he caught a short pass and went the distance on a 29-yard touchdown reception. The Sarasota, Fla., native pumped the Colts' lead up to 14-0 on the next play with a successful carry up the middle for a two-point conversion.

Mack capped off his career day with a 20-yard touchdown run with 5:26 remaining in the fourth quarter, one of his five 10-plus yard plays in the game. Through three games (all starts), Mack has totaled 41 carries for 249 yards (6.1 ypc) in addition to four catches for 39 yards (9.8 ypc) in his second NFL season.

Selected by the Colts in the fourth round of the 2017 NFL Draft, Mack was a playmaking machine in his three-year career as a Bull (2014-16). The three-time first team all-conference selection rushed for at least 1,000 rushing yards in all three of his seasons at USF.

Mack ranks second in USF history with 3,609 rushing yards, 4,107 all-purpose yards and 32 rushing touchdowns. He also has a share of the USF record with five straight 100-yard rushing games, a feat also achieved by Quinton Flowers (2016) and recently matched by Jordan Cronkrite. Mack still owns the Bulls' season record with nine 100-yard rushing games (2015).
