Homecoming game vs. UConn to kickoff at 7 p.m.
TAMPA, OCT. 8, 2018 – The USF Homecoming game on Sat., Oct. 20 vs. UConn has been set for a 7 p.m. kickoff on CBS Sports Network as USF continues the 2018 season presented by Valley National Bank.
The Bulls have won the last six meetings with the Huskies, including a 37-20 victory at UConn last year, and lead the all-time series 10-5. The Bulls 12-9 all-time in Homecoming games and have won the last three straight.
One of just 11 remaining unbeaten teams in FBS football, No. 23/23 USF (5-0; 1-0 American) will put its unblemished record on the line Friday at Tulsa (1-4; 0-2 American) in an ESPN primetime clash set for a 7 p.m. kick. USF is one of three unbeaten teams in the East Division of the American Athletic Conference as The American is the only conference nationally with three unbeaten teams. The Bulls are joined by No. 10/9 UCF (5-0) and No. 25/25 Cincinnati (6-0).
The Bulls are 33-6 in their last 39 games, a mark that is tied with Oklahoma and Wisconsin for the fourth-best nationally over that span and trails only Alabama (37-2), Clemson (35-4) and Ohio State (34-5).
