
Bulls Fall in BNP Paribas Collegiate Challenge Finale

INDIAN WELLS, Calif. (March 18, 2018)– USF (6-10) completed its California trip with a 4-1 loss to No. 43 Loyola Marymount on Sunday at the BNP Paribas Collegiate Challenge.
Sophomore Jakub Wojcik won his second consecutive match and fourth of his last six matches with a 6-4, 6-2 triumph over Lucas Moreno Loyola Marymount posted its wins at the 2, 3 and 6 positions.
The Bulls finished 2-2 on the road trip posting wins over Pepperdine and Purdue. USF opened play at Indian Wells with a heartbreaking 4-3 loss to No. 26 Baylor in which they saved four match points and then had four match points of their own but could not convert. They came back the next evening and captured four singles matches after dropping the doubles point against Purdue.
