TAMPA, AUGUST 6, 2018 – As the University of South Florida football team celebrates its 146 career victories since the program's inception in 1997, the Bulls Club announced on Monday it will launch a four-week Plant Your Bulls Flag campaign that encourages fans and supporters of USF Athletics to join for $146.
Individuals who join the Bulls Club during the four-week campaign (August 6
th – August 31
st) and become new members will receive a 3'x5' USF branded flag to proudly fly at your home, office or boat. Click

"Pride for the Bulls comes near and far," USF Deputy Athletic Director of External Relations
Scott Kull said. "The idea of this new member campaign is to provide alumni and fans an opportunity to support the Bulls regardless of where you live. We encourage all Bulls supporters to plant their flags today."
Everyone participating in the Plant Your Bulls Flag campaign is encouraged to engage with @USFAthletics and @USFBullsClub on twitter by taking a picture of your flag, posting it to social media and utilizing the hashtags #PlantYourBullsFlag and #HornsUp.
All current Bulls Club members are eligible to receive a flag by referring three or more new members, or by paying the additional $146. The campaign will commence on Aug. 31.
The USF football program enters the 2018 season riding a wave of unprecedented success, as the Bulls are one of just 15 programs in the nation to have won 20 or more games in the last two seasons. Additionally, USF is only one of three teams to have won 20 or more games and a pair of bowl games during that span.
USF finished the 2017 season ranked No. 21 in the final AP and Coaches Polls, marking the second straight season USF finished a season ranked and just the second time in program history. The Bulls reached the No. 13 ranking in the Coaches Poll in Week 8 of 2017, the program's highest ranking since appearing at No. 10 in both polls in Week 5 of the 2008 season.
The Bulls open the 2018 season on Saturday, Sept. 1 when USF hosts Elon at Raymond James Stadium. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. and will be broadcast live on ESPN3. USF begins play with a 16-3 record at home since the start of the 2015 season.

USF posted its second straight 10-win season in 2017 (10-2) by winning its second straight Birmingham Bowl with a 38-34 victory over Texas Tech. USF is one of just 15 teams nationally to win 20-plus games in the last two seasons (21-4) and posted a program-record 20 straight weeks ranked in the top 25, reaching as high as No. 13 in Week 8 of the 2017 season. The Bulls have won five of their last six bowl appearances and made nine (6-3) total bowl appearances in 21 seasons, including a current run of three straight bowls. USF won a program-record 11 games in 2016 (11-2) and has posted 14 winning seasons. The USF program, which first took the field in 1997, reached No. 2 in the rankings in 2007 and has seen 30 players selected in the NFL Draft, 14 named All-American and had 28 first-team all-conference selections.
