Quotable
Head coach Brian Gregory on the game:
"Give SMU credit. They played better than we did today. Defensively, we weren't nearly as good as we needed to be. Offensively, we got stagnant against the zone and that impacted our defense. They are very explosive offensively, a very talented team. We were on our heels offensively and defensively, and unfortunately its part of the process when you don't play well. We did not respond well today and that's disappointing."
