Bulls Finish Competition at H-Town SpeedCity Meet
HOUSTON, TEXAS, JAN. 30, 2021 – The USF men's track and field 4x400 meter relay team placed second on Saturday to highlight competition on the final day of the H-Town SpeedCity Meet. Â
The quartet of
Duncan Agyemang (Kumasi, Ghana),
Dre'Shaun Sanders (Raytown, Mo.),
Danelson Mahautiere (Roseau, Dominica) and
Jovan Ferguson (Miami, Fla.) crossed the line with a time of 3:17.32.
Agyemang also took fifth place in the 800 meters with a time of 2:02.20, while junior
Akeem Bradshaw (Tortola, British Virgin Islands) turned in a fourth-place showing in the long jump with a distance of 22-11.25.
"Today presented a quality opportunity for our men," USF head coach
Erik Jenkins said. "It was a great preview of the talent in our league."
USF returns to action Friday, Feb. 12 when the Bulls return to Houston, Texas, to take part in the third H-Town SpeedCity Meet.
