NEW ORLEANS, La. (November 26, 2021) – Marta Cvitkovic tallied 16 kills and 11 digs in the final match of the season for the University of South Florida Bulls in a four set loss at Tulane University on Friday afternoon. The second-year outside finished the year with eight double-doubles for the Bulls.
Tulane claimed the season finale by set scores of 25-20, 25-27, 25-23, 25-21.
True freshman Amiree Hendricks-Walker finished the match with 13 kills, her second-highest total of the season as the middle posted 23 total kills over the last two matches.
Hendricks-Walker was one of four Bulls at the net with three blocks in the match – alongside Ally Barnhart, Ragan Kinard and Tizi Puljiz. Barnhart matched a season best with 11 kills on the day.
Kelsey O'Loughlin and Madison Bragan combined for 47 assists as the USF offense floored 61 total kills.
CC Clausen led the back row with 18 digs and Alexis Williams registered 17.

Head coach Jolene Shepardson enters her second season at the helm of her alma mater in 2021-22. Named head coach on Jan. 8, 2020, Shepardson led the Bulls' program to its last conference championship and NCAA tournament appearance as a student-athlete in 2002. USF made its last postseason appearance in 2018, posting 20 wins and appearing in the NIVC. USF Volleyball has made seven NCAA Tournament appearances and won 12 conference titles since its inception in 1972 and is entering its 50th campaign in 2021-22.
