Sonne joined the herd in 2018-19 and officially made his mark during the 2019 season, going 3-2 in singles against Stetson, Mercer, and George Washington at the No. 6 spot. His limited doubles action during the season equated to a 1-3 record.

Quotable
Head coach Ashley Fisher on the upcoming weekend….
"This is an exciting time of the year and a time where we have always played our best tennis. Memphis and Tulsa are two quality programs having great seasons, but we get them in our house and are primed to play some great tennis. It all starts with playing good, fundamental, aggressive doubles on Friday."

Due to virus mitigation measures and the size of our venues, USF will not have fan attendance at home tennis events this spring.

This weekend's contest will be streamed live and can be viewed on the ESPN+ digital platform.
