Segment 1 - The Indoor Performance Facility & Other Facility Enhancements last fall
$2 Million Broadcast Center
Clements discusses completion of a more than $2 million USF broadcast center in the Muma facility that was completed during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and provides USF with a state-of-the-art facility allowing streaming of nearly all USF home events to ESPN+ and other platforms.

$3 Million Football Locker Room & Selmon Center Upgrades
Clements talks about finishing the Bulls' beautiful new locker room and major coaches offices and team meeting space upgrades completed this fall, the first phase of the football facility enhancement project.

The $22 million Indoor Performance Facility is underway and on schedule
Clements lays out the schedule as construction is moving ahead as expected on the IPF with a planned opening before the start of the 2022 season. Clements anticipates seeing a 70-foot high superstructure rising starting in February and continuing through May, with panels and roofing to enclose the facility coming in early summer.

Segment 2 - Athletics is undertaking several other impactful facility enhancements in the near future
Baseball/Softball Facility Enhancements
Clements talks about the schedule and plans to enclose and enhance the current batting cages and add a joint clubhouse.

Track & Field Facility Enhancements
Clements outlines plans to resurface the current track and jumps areas with a new green and gold surface in the next month and other facility enhancements being evaluated.

The Corral - Volleyball Facility Enhancement
Clements discusses plans to put in a new state-of-the-art floor, video boards, new bleachers, graphics and other enhancements.

Tennis Facility Enhancement
Clements outlines plans for new lighting on the current courts and continuing planning for a tennis complex on the current site.

Golf Facility Enhancement
Clements discusses plans for new practice and hitting areas and a new putting practice surface around the current golf facility.

Women's Lacrosse Facilities
With the addition of women's lacrosse on the way, Clements discusses plans for a new practice field, locker rooms, coaches offices and more for the new program.

Sports Medicine Facility Enhancement
Clements talks about the replacement of the Bulls' therapy pools with new hot, cold and treadmill pools for all student-athlete use.
