Women’s Soccer’s Paula Leblic Signs with Italy’s A.S.D. Pink Sport Time

TAMPA, Fla., Jan. 25, 2022 – Former University of South Florida women's soccer student-athlete Paula Leblic will continue her soccer career, signing a contract to play for A.S.D. Pink Sport Time, also known as Pink Bari FC, in Spain's Serie B.

Leblic arrived at USF in 2020 and quickly found a role in the team's midfield. The Spaniard scored five goals and tallied six assists in her 29 games in green and gold. She was a two-time American Athletic Conference Player of the Week and earned a spot on the 2020 AAC All-Tournament team.

Leblic also greatly contributed to USF's defensive effort while on the team. In her time with the Bulls, the team posted 16 shutouts, the most in a two-season span since 2015-16, while also limiting opposing teams to less than 10 shots per game.

Pink Bari currently plays in Serie B, the second tier of women's soccer in Italy. The team played in Serie A as recently as last season and currently sits in third place in Serie B, with the top two teams earning promotion to Italy's top league.
