"We had a good opener last week but we certainly want to keep improving in all facets of meet management," head coach Erik Jenkins said. "This meet has some very good performers set to compete."

Eron Carter (Palatka, Fla.) starts the competition for South Florida in the hammer at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday for the men, joined by Alliya Boothe (Bloomfield, Conn.) for the women. Carter and Boothe currently rank fifth and ninth respectively in USF's outdoor performance list.

Closing out Thursday's field events is Kendell Mosley (Niceville, Fla.) in the high jump. Mosley currently holds ninth place in USF records at 6-9.

On Friday, Carter and Johann Jeremiah (St. George's, Grenada) open up for the Bulls at 10:30 a.m. with the discus event. At 1:00 p.m., Loren Johnson (Orange Park, Fla.) and David Ajama (Lowell, Mass.) compete in the triple jump. L. Johnson holds seventh in the records and Ajama continues to hold third for this event.

In track events, USF will look to continue its success in relay events after the women broke both the 100 and 400 relay records last year while the men broke the 400-relay record. The women's 4x100 relay runs at 12:50 p.m., immediately followed by the men's race. The 4x400 relays close out the day, with the women running at 2:35 p.m. and the men following after.

Shaneylix Davila (Kissimmee, Fla.) will be running the 400m Hurdles on Friday after posting a 58.55 last year, sitting in the top three on the USF's top-10 list.
