
Four Different Bulls Score In Men's Soccer 4-2 Victory At UAB

Jalen Anderson put the Bulls on the board first by scoring on a penalty kick just five minutes into the contest. Later on in the 31st minute, UAB's Lucas Rizzo netted the equalizer, and the game was tied, 1-1. Seven minutes later, Julio Plata punched another goal in for the Bulls, which was followed by a header score from Pedro Faife. Entering halftime, USF held a hefty 3-1 advantage.

In the 76th minute of the second half, Patrik Fagan scored the Blazer's second goal of the night. Then with under five minutes to play, John Adekunle cemented the victory for the Bulls with a laser shot to the top right of the goal.

USF Men's Soccer competed in the school's first-ever intercollegiate athletic contest on Sept. 25, 1965, beating Florida Southern 4-3.
