TAMPA, Fla., October 31, 2025 — The South Florida cross country teams are set to compete at the 2025 American Conference Cross Country Championship on Saturday, Nov. 1, at Frank Liske Park in Concord, N.C.
Fans can watch the championship meet live on ESPN+. The men's 8K race will begin at 9:15 a.m. ET, followed by the women's 6K race at 10 a.m. ET. Scott Manzie will handle play-by-play duties, with Bryan Fetzer serving as the analyst and Kendall Smith reporting from the course.
"This is what we train for all season," said Erik Jenkins, USF's Director of Track & Field and Cross Country. "Our student-athletes have put in the work and shown steady progress throughout the fall. We're excited to see them compete with confidence and represent South Florida on the conference stage."
The Bulls enter championship weekend looking to close out a strong fall campaign against some of the league's top programs.

About USF Cross Country
The USF Cross Country team has earned 2 All-America selections, Christina Benton in 2002 and Gray Mavhera in 1994. The Bulls have advanced to the NCAA Cross Country Championships seven times in program history, three times for the men and four times for the women. The USF men's teams have won seven team conference championships, and the women have won five team championships. Director of Track & Field and Cross Country Erik Jenkins took over the program in 2019. USF hosted the 2018 NCAA Track and Field East Preliminary and the 2021 and 2023 American Conference Outdoor Championship at the USF Track and Field Stadium, as well as the 2022 American Country Cross Country Championship at Holloway Park.
