TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 7, 2025 — The University of South Florida (6-0-5) defeated Stetson University (4-5-1) with a 3-2 victory at Corbett Stadium. This marks the first time in program history that the Bulls have remained undefeated for the first 11 games of the season.

The Bulls started the first half with an aggressive offense, scoring twice in the opening 18 minutes.
Fabio Bozesan opened the scoring in the 7th minute off an assist from
Cade Erickson.
Jakob Auby extended the lead in the 18th minute, assisted by
Tyler Richardson, giving USF early control of the match.

Throughout the half, the Bulls maintained a strong defense, with goalkeeper
Jahiem Wickham making a pivotal save in the 31st minute. USF held Stetson scoreless and took a 2-0 lead into the half.

The Bulls continued their aggressive offense in the second half, extending their lead in the first minute.
Mathis Haugen scored his first goal of the season, assisted by
Tyler Richardson, to make it 3-0.

The Bulls held on to the lead with strong defensive play, closing out the half with a 3-2 victory to remain undefeated.

USF Men's Soccer competed in the school's first-ever intercollegiate athletic contest on Sept. 25, 1965, beating Florida Southern 4-3.
