USF Women’s Soccer Lands Four on American All-Conference Teams

Gentiana Fetaj, Sadie Sider-Echenberg, Yui Suetsugu, and Emily Lemke all earned spots.

IRVING, Texas (November 2, 2025) – The American Conference announced its season accolades on Sunday. Gentiana Fetaj and Sadie Sider-Echenberg earned spots on the American Conference First Team. Yui Suetsugu is on the Second Team, and Emily Lemke earned a spot on the Freshman Team.
 
Gentiana Fetaj has earned 18 points, five goals, and eight assists. She also scored to give the Bulls the lead late into the match against FAU, helping USF secure a spot in the American Conference Championship on Monday.
 
Sadie Sider-Echenberg has earned 11 points, five goals, and one assist. Earlier in the season, she scored an impressive goal from well outside of the box.
 
Yui Suetsugu earned a spot on the American Conference Second Team. Suetsugu had four points on one goal during the season.
 
Emily Lemke has had an impressive freshman year. With four points and two goals, she earned a spot on the American Conference Freshman team.
 
Next Up
South Florida begins play in the American Conference Championship on Monday, facing the Charlotte 49ers. The match will start at 11 a.m., streaming on ESPN+, and all championship matches are played in Lakewood Ranch, Fla.

Chris Brown enters his second season as USF head coach after a record-setting debut in 2024, leading the Bulls to 12 wins and coaching both the American Conference Midfielder of the Year and Goalkeeper of the Year. Brown spent 17 years as associate head coach (2007–2023), helping USF to three American Athletic Conference titles, eight NCAA appearances, and a 10-year streak of 10+ win seasons. He coached USF's first All-American, Evelyne Viens, now a Hall of Famer and Olympic gold medalist, and has developed multiple American Athletic Conference award winners. Players under his guidance hold most of the program's records.
