TAMPA (November 5, 2025) - The University of South Florida's Mens Tennis team will be sending four players to compete in the Bonita Bay Classic hosted by FGCU from November 7-9. The four Bulls competing will be Timeo Gaillard, Agustin Cuellar, Stepan Mruzek and Max Mroz.
Cuellar returns for the Bulls in his senior year, holding a 16-2 record in singles. He tied for second most singles wins on the team last season and led the team with the fewest losses. Mruzek returns as a sophomore, earning a 9-6 singles record in his collegiate year debut last season.
Mroz debuts as a Bull this year, transferring from Illinois University to enter as a sophomore. Last season, Mroz held a 6-3 record in singles. Gaillard is starting his collegiate career with the Bulls this season, and has already competed in multiple singles competitions, including wins in the qualifying rounds of ITA regionals.
The Bulls have already yielded strong results in the Individual season, with wins on the board for every Bull. Hugo Car is set to compete in the NCAA Tournament, hosted by UCF in Orlando from November 18-23, after being named a co-champion of the American Conference Individual Championship.

Head coach Ashley Fisher is in his 10th year at the helm of the program for the 2025-26 season. Fischer has guided the Bulls to five NCAA Tournaments, including three trips to the second round. He was named the American Athletic Conference Coach of the Year in 2017 & 2019 after leading USF to the conference title in each of those seasons.
