Carla Brito (15 points, career-high 17) collared her seventh double-double of the season in South Florida women's basketball's (21-10), 69-59, win against Tulane (17-13) at Dickies Arena on Monday night. The Bulls advanced to the AAC Tournament Semifinals and will face Two Seed North Texas tomorrow night at 9 p.m. EST.

Vittoria Blasigh (16 points) led the Bulls and logged her 15
th game of the season in double-digit points. Graduate guard
Mama Dembele (season-best 15 points, seven assists) collected her 21
st game of the season with five or more assists. Senior forward
L'or Mputu grabbed a career-best 13 boards, which marked her 11
th game of the season with double-figure rebounds.

HOW THE GAME WAS DECIDED
After Tulane made the first basket of the game, South Florida went on a 14-0 run. The Green Wave (17-13) fought back to tie the game at 23 with a 7-0 run in the second quarter, holding South Florida scoreless for a stretch of 3:44. The Bulls then went on a run and led 32-25 at halftime, with
Carla Brito scoring 8 of her 10 first-half points in the second quarter.
