TAMPA, Fla., February 18, 2026 – The Bulls remain at home this weekend for a pair of matches, hosting Stetson Hatters on Friday before welcoming No. 16 Clemson Tigers on Sunday. With back-to-back opportunities on their home courts, the team looks to continue defending its turf and building momentum in front of the home crowd.
Friday's contest against Stetson offers a chance to set the tone early. South Florida has met the hatters eight times in the past, with a dominant 7–1 record. Establishing control in doubles and carrying that energy into singles will be a priority, as strong starts have fueled the Bulls' recent success. Consistency on serve and pressure on return games should allow the lineup's depth to shine.
Sunday presents a marquee matchup against nationally ranked Clemson. The Tigers bring a high level of talent and experience, making execution in tight moments critical. Meeting only one time before, in 2021, South Florida beat the Tigers  4–3. The Bulls will need disciplined shot selection, resilience in extended rallies, and the ability to capitalize on key break-point opportunities to compete with one of the nation's top programs.
The team enters the weekend following a 6–1 home victory over Georgia Southern Eagles and will look to carry that level of intensity and focus into two more important matches on its home courts.
