The University of South Florida men's tennis team returns to the USF Varsity Tennis Courts on Friday, hosting Florida Atlantic for an 11 a.m. matchup.
South Florida looks to rebound after a narrow 4–3 loss to Rice in its last outing. The Bulls battled throughout the match, keeping things tight into singles play, but ultimately fell just short in a competitive contest.
Despite the result, USF has continued to show depth across its lineup, with multiple courts pushing matches deep and contributing to closely contested finishes. The Bulls will look to build on that effort and turn the momentum in their favor back on their home courts.
Friday's matchup against FAU presents an opportunity for South Florida to reset and reestablish its rhythm, particularly in doubles play where early points can set the tone for the rest of the match.
First serve is set for 11 a.m. in Tampa.
