Allred's hire rounds out Kremer's first full coaching staff, joining fellow assistant Alex Luna.
TAMPA, Fla., August 10, 2026 – The South Florida beach volleyball program and head coach Jo Kremer announced the addition of Reilly Allred to the Bulls' staff as an assistant coach on Monday.
Allred arrives in Tampa after serving as Director of Operations for the Coastal Carolina volleyball program, where she also worked as a graduate assistant while pursuing her MBA, and brings four years of Division I playing experience from her time at LSU.
Prior to Coastal Carolina, Allred spent four seasons (2021-24) as a standout on the beach at LSU. She finished her career with an overall record of 59-23, highlighted by a 2022 campaign in which she and partner Holly Carlton went 30-6 together, a mark that ranks third all-time at LSU for wins by a pair in a single season. That season, Allred and Carlton opened with a 17-match win streak and went 2-1 at the NCAA Championship. She also spent time on Court 3 alongside Hannah Brister, helping that pairing to a 19-10 record, and closed her career with a 21-10 senior season.
A native of Elon, N.C., Allred played her high school volleyball at Western Alamance, where she helped lead her team to conference championships in 2016 and 2017 and earned All-Conference honors three times. She also competed extensively on the AVP junior circuit, finishing runner-up at the AVP Volleyball America National Championship and taking third at the Myrtle Beach Open Championships.
Allred earned her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, with a specialization in Human Movement Science and Health, from LSU.
Reilly will coach alongside head coach Jo Kremer and assistant coach Alex Luna as the Bulls hit the sand in 2027 for their second season of competition in program history.
