Outdoor
• Posted a career-best 1:07.17 in the 400-meter hurdles at the UNF Invite (3/5), placing 14th
• Ran a PR of 1:01.44 in the 400 meters at the UNF Invite (3/5)
• Had a season-best time and finish in the 800 meters at the UT Carnival meet (4/8), running a 2:19.43 and posting a 4th place finish
• Member of the 4x400m at the USF Open

2010

Outdoor
• Posted a season best of 1:07.68 at the Spike's Classic (4/3)
• Had a 1:09.74 in the 400 hurdles at the FSU Relays (3/26)
• Ran the 400 hurdles in 1:10.17 at the USF Open (3/5) and again at the Bulls Invitational (3/19) in 1:10.59
• Member of the 4x400 relay at the Bulls Invite
Indoor
• Went 1:24.31 in the 500 meters at the Reebok Invitational (Jan. 29)
• Ran the 600 meters at the Minnesota Invitational (Jan. 23)
• Posted a time of 1:25.52 in the 500 meters at the Akron Quad (Jan. 15) and competed in the 4x400 relay
• Ran the 400 meters at the Oiler Invite (Dec. 5), finishing in 1:06.19

Cardinal O'Hara High School
• Earned a total of eight varsity letters in track and field
• Placed fifth in the prelims of the 300 hurdles at the PIAA T&F State Championships
• Grabbed third-team all-state honors in the 300 hurdles as a junior
• Also competed in the 100 hurdles, 400 and 800 meters and the long and triple jumps
• Tabbed first-team All-Delco junior and senior years
• First-team All-Catholic League all four years
• PCL MVP for field events during the indoor season junior year
• PCL MVP for running events during the outdoor season junior year
• Team MVP junior and senior years in both indoor and outdoor track
• Named the School's Rookie of the Year as a freshman
