• Competed in all seven meets for the Bulls...was the team's no. 2 runner four times
• Lowered his personal best 8K time to 26:21 at the Big East Championships (Oct. 29)
• Ran a personal best by just two seconds in the 10K at the NCAA South Regional meet (Nov. 12), posting the time of 34:01
• Highest overall finish came at the UT Early Bird Classic where he placed 20th and posted a 4 mile time of 20:59

• Ran a personal-best 9:38.83 in the 3K steeplechase at the LSU Alumni Gold (4/23), finishing 3rd
• Placed 1st in the Steeplechase at the Yellow Jacket Invite with a time of 9:46.40 (3/26)
• Placed 3rd at both the USF Invite and Bulls Invite in the Steeplechase

Cross Country
• Finished third for USF at the Mountain Dew Invitational and the BIG EAST Championships
• Lowered his personal best to 26:47.00 at the Paul Short Invitational (Oct. 2)
• Ran a 16:54.00 at the 5k Early Bird Classic and a 34:03.58 at the 10k NCAA South Regional
• Also competed at the Hatter Invitational
2008-09
• Named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team
Outdoor
• Ran a personal-best 10:07.76 in the 3K steeplechase at the Florida Relays (April 3-4)
• Placed fifth overall in the 3K steeplechase at the South Florida Quad (March 28) with a 10:16.40
Cross Country
• Competed for the Bulls at the BIG EAST and NCAA South Regional Championships
• Ran a personal-best 30:08.70 at the Disney Invitational
Lincoln Park Academy
• Lettered in both track (six years) and cross country (five years)
• Named captain of both the track and cross country teams as a senior
