Represented Alberta on the U13 and U15 provincial teams at the Western Canadian Championships and the U14 and U16 provincial teams at the Canadian All-Star National Championships... In 2005, she played in the Super Y League North American Finals, held in Tampa, taking third place... One of 11 players selected to the tournament's ODP select team...From 2006-07, she represented Alberta at the Club Nationals with the Edmonton Strikers, who were the provincial champions ... The Strikers were also the league champions in 2007...With Southwest United, Murani was a 2004 provincial champion and the 2004 and 2005 league champion... Murani now plays for the U18 Internazionale club team.

Personal: In the classroom, she has earned honors certificates for math, chemistry and biology...She was coached at the club level by Ross Ongaro... Daughter of Almas Murani and Salim Murani.
