• Competed but did not register a distance at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge (Feb. 6) in the triple jump
• Leapt 20-9-25 in the long jump at the Akron Quad (Jan. 15)
John A. Ferguson High School
• Earned three varsity letters in track and field and one in cross country
• Finished as the Florida 4A state runner-up in the triple jump senior year
• Competed at the Region 4 meet in the long, triple and high jumps and the 400 meters
• Took seventh in the high jump at the state meet junior year
• Two-time district champion in the triple jump
• Tabbed second-team All-Dade in the high jump junior year
• Also earned second-team All-Dade in the triple jump senior year
