Outdoors

• Earned a personal best time of 2:24.60 in the 800 meters at the USF Bulls Invitational.
• Achieved a personal best 4:51.14 in the 1500 meters at the North Florida Invitational.
• Ran for a personal best of 19:03.43 in the 5000 meters at the North Florida Invitational.

• Ran a mile for a personal best time of 5:25.89 at the 2018 Sanford Invite.

• Ran for a season best mile time of 5:27.57 at the UAB Blazer Invitational

2016-17

Cross Country 

• Competed in all six meets for the Bulls.
• Finished fifth in the 5k at the Florida Tech Invitational with a time of 19:59.11.
• Recorded a season best 5k time of 19:46.06 at the USF Invitational, finishing 27th. 
• Competed in the American Athletic Conference Championship in the 6k, finishing with a season best time of 24:46.5
• Competed at the NCAA South Regional in the 6k, finishing with a time of 26:50.1.

Cross Country 

• Ran a season best 5k time of 20:17.64 at the ECU Pirate Invitational.

PRIOR TO USF: Attended Nease High School... Placed 15^th at the state meet as a senior with a 5K time of 19:12.20… Was conference champion in the 4x800m relay, 1,600m and 3,200 meter... Ran personal-best times on the track of 5:12 in the 1,600m, 11:36.40 in the 3,200m and 18:43 in the 5K
