Is athletic and quick on the perimeter and will excel in USF's up-tempo game ... Has a great physique and can shoot the ball very well, especially with the mid-range jumper to the three-point arc ... Will give the Bulls experience this season off the bench.

2008-09 (Junior)
Played in 27 games for USF while getting her only career collegiate start against Florida International (12/5/08) ... Averaged 1.8 points per game and just under one rebound per outing ... Scored a career-high nine points against Jackson State (12/28/08) ... Also had six points - on 2-3 shooting from three-point range - in the Bulls' at Rutgers ... Had four points twice against Coppin State (11/23/08) and Florida International ... Also had a career-high three assists and a career best two steals against the Golden Panthers.

Junior College
Averaged 17.1 points per game, 3.0 assists and 2.3 steals per outing during the 2007-08 season at Central Florida Community College ... Those averages were good enough for third, 18th and 20th in Region VIII respectively ...  A first team all Mid-Florida Conference selection, Speed helped CFCC to a 20-13 record and an 8-4 slate in the Mid-Florida Conference as a sophomore.
