• Placed third, earning all-conference third team honors in the 400m dash at the American Outdoor Championships (5/15) in a season-best time of 46.51.
• Was an NCAA qualifier in the 400m. Ran a time of 47.02 at the prelims and finished 35th.
• Ran a team-best of 21.34 in the 200m run at the Bobcat Classic (4/30).
• Member of the 4x100m relay team that finished fourth at the American Outdoor Championships (5/15) in a season-best time of 40.65.
• Member of the 4x400m relay team that finished seventh at the American Outdoor Championships (5/15) in a season-best time of 3:14.68.

Indoor

• Placed third, earning all-conference third team honors in the 400m dash at the American Indoor Championships (2/29) in a time of 47.99. It was also a season best.
• Had a season-best 200m time of 21.87 in the prelims of the American Indoor Championships (2/28)

2015

Outdoor

• NCAA qualifier in the 400m dash
• Finished 43rd in the first round of the NCAA East Preliminary (5/28)
• Was conference runner-up which earned him second-team all-conference honors in the 400m dash with a time of 46.90, a season best.
• Was conference runner-up in the 4x100m relay with a time of 40.63, one of the fastest times in school history.
• Finished sixth at the American Outdoor Championships (5/17) in the 200m dash with a time of 21.50
• Finished fifth at the American Outdoor Championships (5/17) in the 4x400m Relay with a team-best time of 3:11.14.
• Ran a season-best 100m time of 10.69 at the Bulls Invitational (3/19)
• Ran a team-best 200m time of 21.38 at the UCF Twilight (4/30)

Indoor

• Ran the fifth-fastest time in school history of 21.70 in the 200 meters at the American Indoor Championships (2/27). He placed eighth in the event.
• Ran the third-fastest time in school history of 47.74 in the 400 meters at the American Indoor Championships (2/27) and placed third.

2014 Outdoor Season
Served on the second leg of the 4x100-meter relay team that clocked a 39.58 at the NCAA East Region Preliminary to finish eighth and qualify for the NCAA Outdoor Championships ... also competed in the 400 meters (47.21) and ran on the 4x400-meter relay team (3:07.26) at the NCAA East Regionals ... ran the 400 meters in a time of 47.67 at the SEC Championships ... also ran the first leg of the 4x400-meter relay to help the team finish fifth with a season-best time 3:07.09 at the SEC Championships ... won the 400 meters at the Jace Lacoste Invitational with a time of 47.17 ... also served on the winning 4x400-meter relay team that clocked a 3:07.61 at the Jace Lacoste Invitational ... clocked a personal record of 47.03 to finish sixth in the 400 meters and served on the sixth-place 4x400-meter relay team that ran a time of 3:08.42 at the Mt. Clocked a personal record of 47.21 in the 400 meters at the SEC Indoor Championships ...recorded a personal best 48.29 in the 400 meters at the Tyson Invitational ... clocked a 48.85 in the 400 at the Rod McCravy Memorial ... competed on the 4x400 relay team that placed third at the Auburn Invitational ... finished ninth in the 400 meters at the Auburn Invitational with a time of 48.69.

Freshman
2013 Outdoor Season
Ran a leg on Alabama's 4x400-meter relay at the NCAA Championships ... that unit finished 12th at the NCAA meet in a time of 3:06.69 ... took seventh at the NCAA East Regional, as part of the Tide's 4x400m relay, running the second leg on the quartet that posted a 3:07.07 and qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships ... raced in the second leg for the 4x400 that finished sixth at the SEC Outdoor Championships with a 3:06.36 ... also raced in the SEC 400 meters, finishing 12th in the preliminaries with a time of 47.67 ... participated in the 4x400 relay team that finished fourth (3:06.04) at the Drake Relays and the 4x200 team that also ran at that event ... ran a 47.98 in the 400 meters at the LSU Alumni Gold, finishing fifth in the B Section ... placed third in the 400 meters with a 47.49 at the Spec Towns Invitational, where he also helped win the 4x400 relay in a time of 3:08.89 ... competed on the winning 4x400 relay at the Crimson Tide Invitational (3:07.75) ... finished fifth in the 400 meters (47.44) at the Crimson Tide Invitational ... ran on the runner-up 4x100 (40.30) and two winning relays - the 4x200 (1:24.54) and the spring medley (3:20.52) - at the John Mitchell Alabama Relays.

2013 Indoor Season 
Recorded a 48.55 prelims time in the 400 meters at the SEC Championships ... ran a time of 48.89 in the 400 at the Mark Colligan, finishing fifth ... competed on 4x400 relay teams at the Auburn Invitational and at the Crimson Tide Indoor Opener, finishing third and fifth, respectively ... placed 15th at the Auburn Invitational with a 400-meter time of 48.86 ... ran a 22.05 in the 200 meters during his first collegiate meet, at the Crimson Tide Indoor Opener, to finish 11th.

Prep and Personal
One of the top sprinters in Florida's high school ranks while competing for Hallandale High School ... finished third in the 400 meters at the 2012 Florida Class 3A State Championships in a time of 46.89 ... earlier was the class 2A state runner-up in the 400 (48.02) ... also played wide receiver on the football team at Hallandale, helping his team win 2010 district championship ... coached in track and field at Hallandale by John Battle and Tony Davis ... son of Iris Gilchrist ... born Jan. 5, 1993, in Miami.
