As a Junior (2004-05): Went 13-17 during his junior campaign, finishing the spring season with an 11-12 record ... Compiled a 4-3 spring record against in-state opponents, tallying victories against Florida A&M, Stetson and UCF ... Had a season-long five match win streak picking up victories against opponents from Indiana State, Pacific, Air Force, Marquette and Jacksonville ... Clinched the victory for the Bulls in the first round of the C-USA tournament with his straight set victory against Brett Binkley of Marquette at the No. 3 singles position ... Teamed with Dillon Brozyna to defeat the No. 12 doubles team in the country, Frank Babej and Pavel Mazaev at the USF Fall Invitational.

As a Sophomore (2003-04): Earned first career C-USA Player of the Week award ... Earned Second Team All-Conference honors ... Posted a 22-10 overall record and 12-6 record in duel matches playing at the No. 2 position ... Posted a solid win against #86 Paul Ciorascu of Ole Miss and clinched the deciding point against Alabama’s Chris Gostek ... Given the C-USA Sportsmanship Award voted on by C-USA coaches and staff ...

As a Freshman (2002-03): Started slow in the fall season while adjusting his game to hard courts ... Made a great improvement over the fall, posting a 9-3 record ... Saw action at the bottom of the lineup starting the dual season with a nine-match winning streak, including key wins over Alex Jago (Memphis), 6-2, 7-6, and Hinnu Piroiinnen (Tulane), 7-5, 6-3, helping the Bulls to capture the C-USA shootout title ... clinched match against Miami with a 6-2, 6-2 victory over Colin Purcell ... Finished a successful first year with a 14-6 dual-match record and 23-9 overall in singles.  

Juniors:  Coached by Alain Lemaitre ... Achieved ITF highest ranking of 85 ... Winner of Mexican Championships (16 & 18 year-olds) ... Mexican Davis Cup Member in 2000 ... Won the bronze medal in the Mexican Olympic Games in 2000.
