In two years at Gulf Coast, the backcourt duo of Smith, and her twin sister Andrell, helped the Commodores to an impressive 59-4 overall record and a 21-3 ledger in the Panhandle Conference ... Was named the State Farm/Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Junior College/ Community College (JC/CC) Player of the Year in addition to the Panhandle Conference and Florida Community College Athletic Association Player of the Year at the conclusion of her sophomore year at Gulf Coast Community College ...
