Ticket Office Game Day Info & Policies
Game Day Information
Raymond James Stadium and its amenities were carefully designed to provide an enjoyable experience for all guests within the guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Disabled and wheelchair seating is available throughout RJS. Please ask for the Accessibility Guide at any Guest Services booth.
No bags larger than a small clutch will be permitted to be brought into the stadium. This policy is in place to limit the transfer of items between stadium staff and fans, expedite entry, and reduce lines.
The Raymond James Stadium Box Office opens for Ticket Sales and Customer Service beginning 3 hours prior to the game and remains open until the start of the 3rd quarter. Fans picking up or requesting re-printed tickets must provide photo ID. The Box Office does not accept cash — all major credit cards accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
All patrons receiving tickets as a guest of a USF Football coach, player, or as a high school coach or recruit may begin picking up their ticket 90 minutes prior to the game at their designated window. Guests must provide a photo ID and sign individually to receive their ticket.
RJS has concession stands to give guests nearly 600 points of sale for food and beverage service. Note that not all concession stands may be open for every event — see Guest Services for a list of available stands.
Gates for entry open 90 minutes prior to each USF Football home game.
RJS is equipped with 88 public restrooms and 10 family restrooms located throughout the stadium, totaling 1,003 fixtures — one fixture for every 61 people, keeping lines minimal.
