ADA Seating
USF Athletics recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, and continues to make every effort to accommodate individuals consistent with both ADA and State of Florida accessibility mandates. In addition, USF Athletics strives to accommodate the individual needs of guests with disabilities and has adopted the following ticket policies: USF Athletics maintains accessible seating for all venues. Accessible seating is limited at all facilities and requests are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Those needing to make accessible seating requests may contact their Personal Membership Representative directly or reach our Ticket Office via phone at 1-800-Go-Bulls or via email at bullstickets@usf.edu.
Bag Policy
Bags must be smaller than 12" x 12" x 12" and are subject to search upon entry. Backpacks are not permitted (diaper bags are permissible).
Box Office Operations
The Box Office opens for Ticket Sales and Customer Service beginning 60 minutes prior to the game to assist you with any ticketing needs. The Box Office will remain open until one hour into the event. Fans picking up tickets or requesting re-printed tickets must provide photo ID. The Box Office does not accept cash. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) as payment for purchases.
All patrons receiving tickets as a guest of a USF coach, student-athlete, or as a High School coach or recruit may begin picking up their ticket 60 minutes prior to the game at their designated window. Guests receiving tickets must provide a photo ID and sign individually in order to receive their ticket.
Concessions
Concession stands are available at all Olympic Sport facilities (Corral, Corbett Stadium, and USF Baseball and Softball Complex) to provide food and beverage services to fans. Please note that not all concession stands may be open for an event.
Gates
Gates for entry open 60 minutes prior to each USF Soccer, Volleyball, Baseball and Softball home game.

Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted at USF Athletics events:
- Cameras meeting designated event standards will be permitted
- Weapons of any kind
- Sworn local, state, and federal law enforcement officers attending nonticketed university events (e.g. Commencement) who are within their jurisdiction and who are authorized by their respective agency to carry a firearm while off-duty, may enter the Yuengling Center with a concealed firearm upon presenting their badge and identification card to authorized security personnel
- Pepper spray or mace
- Wallet chains
- Cans, bottles and glass
- Long chains or sharp spikes
- Large bags
- Laser pointers
- Food, drinks, or alcohol
- Air horns or noise makers
- Offensive banners or posters
- Pets are not permitted at USF sporting events, except for trained service animals in accordance with ADA regulations. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals and are not allowed. Select events may allow pets; check event details for specific policies.

- Controlled substances
- Coolers
- Wrapped gifts
- Skateboards
- Balloons

Restrooms are located at each and every on-campus facility for USF Volleyball, Soccer, Baseball and Softball.
