  • Counseling for mental and emotional health and wellbeing (including topics- but not limited to, disordered eating, injury, substance use, depression, anxiety, grief, stress,relationships, transition out of sport, etc.
  • Evaluation

  • Crisis Intervention Services
  • Psychological skills like goal setting, imagery, confidence, pre-performance routine, motivation, focus, relaxation, self-talk, etc.
  • Workshops on mental health, wellness, and performance related topics
  • Staff education on topics like, but not limited to suicide prevention
  • Learning and ADHD Testing 
  • Refer and coordinate care with outside community providers when necessary
  • Consultative services with coaches, administrative, athletic training, strength & conditioning, academic, nutrition, and campus partners.

  • Outreach (Love your Body Week, Powerful Minds Week, etc.)
  • New Student-Athlete Orientation
