Reilly Allred joined the South Florida beach volleyball staff as an assistant coach in August 2026, rounding out head coach Jo Kremer's first full coaching staff alongside fellow assistant Alex Luna.
Allred arrives in Tampa after serving as Director of Operations for the Coastal Carolina volleyball program, where she also worked as a graduate assistant while pursuing her MBA. She brings four years of Division I playing experience from her time at LSU (2021–24), where she finished her career with an overall record of 59-23. Her standout 2022 season, paired with Holly Carlton, produced a 30-6 record — the third-most wins by a pair in a single season in LSU program history — including a 17-match win streak to open the year and a 2-1 showing at the NCAA Championship. She also teamed with Hannah Brister for a 19-10 mark on Court 3, and closed out her collegiate career with a 21-10 senior season.
A native of Elon, North Carolina, Allred starred at Western Alamance High School, helping the team to conference championships in 2016 and 2017 and earning All-Conference honors three times. She also competed on the AVP junior circuit, finishing runner-up at the AVP Volleyball America National Championship and placing third at the Myrtle Beach Open Championships.
Allred holds a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, with a specialization in Human Movement Science and Health, from LSU.
