Devon joined the USF Compliance staff in November 2023 as the Assistant Director of Compliance. He serves as the lead compliance contact for men’s & women’s soccer, and men’s & women Tennis. He is the secondary compliance contact for Beach volleyball, and men’s and women’s track.
Before his career in collegiate athletics, Devon played linebacker at the University of South Florida. Where he finished third nationally in his senior year in blocked punts and was a part of a Bull’s team that won back-to-back Birmingham bowl games peaking at 13th in the nation.
Devon earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science (2019) from the University of South Florida. He also earned his Juris Doctorate from the Southern University Law Center.
Prior to him working in college athletics, he worked with the Public Defender’s office in East Baton Rouge Parish helping with juvenile criminal law. Eventually, working in Sports law and various other legal fields before returning to his alma mater.
Devon currently resides in Tampa and enjoys spending time with friends, and family.
